Trudeau is a hiding POS that needs to be seen. Heard. He is beyond pathetic - but he is our elected Prime Minister. Police need to do their job. The government needs to do theirs - say what they will do, what's the plan and do it.
Police and the government have let the public down from inactivity. This is beyond embarrassing as a country.

Hmm, how long until there's a backlash against the nitwit Maverick Party? When it comes, it will come hard and fast. The guys that are still in Ottawa, Coutts, wherever obviously don't have much constructive to do. They'll get charged and run out of town and the vast majority will be glad to see the end of them.

Sorry tweety, you have no argument. It used to be illegal to sell wheat in this country. At one time we interned Japanese people and slapped a tax on chinese ones.
Just cause something is on the books doesnt make it right. You just havent seen a group of people with real commitment to a cause and nothing left to lose.
If the govt was trying to slap a pass system on FN, I would be right there beside them.
But you are dead on right about Trudeau. That much we can agree.Last edited by jazz; Feb 7, 2022, 14:36.

The parades didn't come without a lot of push by protesting - years and years. If there was a group of First nations parked on Metcalfe, do you think they would be there more then 2 days?

The most positive result of this fiasco is that trudeau is toast. The Liberals will be very displeased with his lack of leadership. You can bet the knives are out. The Liberal party has, in the past, been ruthless in disposing of leaders who have lost their appeal. That's one reason they have election success; very pragmatic. The CPC needs to learn this so that they can win an election and bring some social and fiscal responsibility to the federal government.
