BTW it would be illegal and highly unethical to fire an employee if they became pregnant or needed to take maternity leave in the case of a father.

Are you actually hypnotized by all this brainwashing BS Tweety? I am surprised.
To remind you Tweety, only 60% of US truckers are vaccinated... Canadians not surprisingly are prone to sheep like behaviour when the governments of Canada nip at their heals like a well trained Border Collie... pun intended!

I doubt any of these guys have a plan to return to hauling after this. If they lose, they are probably done. Sell the rig and move to Florida if they can get out.
This would be WW3. Easy to get in transit permit... unless there is a problem with the mechanical fitness of the truck... the feds have no jurisdiction... I would be very surprised if Premier Ford [OPP are enforcement] would agree to this type of Federal terrorist warfare... its a bluff.

Bottom line? Lots of Canadians are fed up. The country is coming apart at the seams. And its happening under the "leadership" of Justin Trudeau. Anyone who can't see that has blinders on.
        Just the facts ...

Tha bouncy castles were a brilliant strategy in ensuring a peacefull resolution.
Can you imagine how much a good photo of tear gas and fully outfitted riot cops cracking heads with a the bouncy castles in the background would bring. Maybe through in a couple of shots of terrorized toddlers and frightened moms with the gas floating around.
The army has no problem saying no to that.

You can end the federal mandate tomorrow on unvaccinated truckers and they still wouldn't be able to cross the border.

But the protest in Ottawa has always been a lot about politics and less about mandates. The memorandum of canada unity lays that bare.

Any trucker who was layed off because they didn't get a vax can easily get another job.

Now truckers are blocking Canada's busiest port of entry which will cause even more significant economic harm.

So how can truckers justify hurting the businesses they say they support?

Seemed to pick up a trick from trudeau. he always uses his family to shield himself.

There are people of color in and out of the protest too. Thats not going to play well gassing them either.

Bet the protests are bigger this weekend.

Coutts/sweetgrass is not blocked. There is 1 lane open each way.
