Last week I told my MLA in a call and left Moe a message and sent an email saying the first step should be immediate end to vax passport for everyone and allow full access to everyone to any location.
And to intermediately drop all mask mandates for everyone under 18.
Then by Feb drop mask mandates for everyone other than in hospitals and care homes.
It may happen sooner than later now in Sask as well after tonight's Alberta announcement!!!

Quebec announces lifting as well, but on a glacial pace compared to Sk and Ab. Take the W were we can.

Ford next? Looks like the truckers were on the right side after all.

      Your move Justy. LOL

The 20% unvaxed will not make up the difference even if they all go out if vaxed stop going out. And the restaraunts see this and decide to reinstate vax passports on their own. It is their business and they are allowed to do what they want to protect their staff and business. Or do you support more government controls and forcing businesses to no use vax passports?
You are right. They have the right to do that. And people will support which businesses they see fit to earn their dollars. But the option you guys were cheering on, businesses didn’t have the choice at all to decide which way they wanted to go. Even getting threatened by the RCMP to enforce the mandates, or they would shut them down. See the difference?

I don’t think it will go the way you are alluding to though. The mandates are still on, and I stopped at 10 different businesses in 2 towns under 10,000 people, and two businesses in edmonton today. I would walk in with a mask, look around and notice none of the customers or employees were wearing masks, and then take mine off. Damn near everyone wants the mandates over with. And I will say, it is nice to see everyone smiling again!

Canadian are such fools. They cant miss a second to virtue signal and then eventually agree with something anyway.

Glad to see AB and SK be the guinea pigs. Least everyone else will have a month to rethink if things go very badly.

My brother is a teacher. He had covid, along with his whole family a couple weeks ago. The only way they found out they had it was that they took a rapid test just in case, because they were going to visit his wife’s folks. Otherwise they wouldn’t have known. Scary disease that warranted shutting down the whole world for two years isn’t it!

Imagine the class action suits against companies for wrongful dismissal for people that were unvaxed? Those guys are gonna get their CERB and then some! And rightfully so!

Sask changed the reporting. Whatever happens, it will remain behind the scenes. No more press conference porn.

The Ab mandates have some caveats in them. Trying to get more information but something about the QR backbone remaining in place? And weasel clauses to revert back to Step 1 anytime they feel like it.
