Well, the counter protesters keep telling them to just go home. They should do exactly that. Just go home and stay home along with all of their friends.
Then you just sit, it is no longer an insurrection if they're all sitting at home one at a time. Then they can say they need the money for their staycation, and all of the fundraising money can be released legally. It wouldn't take very many before their absence gets noticed.
And as an added bonus, they will be saving the world from global warming by not burning any diesel fuel. If it goes on long enough, it will have saved so much CO2 that you won't even need to raise the carbon tax this year, the mission will already have been accomplished.
