Funny you should mention that. The two faced lying pos sent this:

in order to ensure a return of free movement of people, vehicles and goods and services through this pivotal location, we are seeking federal assistance in removing obstructions from the highway.…”

“I am requesting federal assistance that includes the provision of equipment and personnel to move approximately 70 semi-tractor trailers and approximately 75 personal and recreational vehicles from the area.

    And again:

... a national emergency is an urgent and critical situation of a temporary nature that

    (a) seriously endangers the lives, health or safety of Canadians and is of such proportions or nature as to exceed the capacity or authority of a province to deal with it, or

Now he is "suing" the federal government over an act he requested. Good leadership.

Strong leadership with Canadians in mind. Go Kenney.

That is the point of the EMA, to obtain more resources when the emergency exceeds the ability of the province to deal with it. Like what snake Kenney asked for.

They were able to do a huge circle of checkpoints (not allowed under provincial law) and secure officers from multiple provinces. Able to get tow trucks and end this pathetic embarrassing occupation.

No one even knows how many thousand officers are there.

You can't trust your eyes because of doctored images and you certainly trust anything you say. First she was dead now she is alive. FOX fake news already retracted so P### off.

Did Kenney think this up on his own or did he consult good lawyers?

Cause it will be really hard to defend your case against the EMA after asking the feds for federal help with the Coutts blockade.

Like the CPC and Bergen supported the blockades and then not, Kenney is flip flopping and doing the funky chicken dance.

So its been figured why Kenney is suing despite asking for an EMA days earlier.

If the EMA is voted and passed, there will be a lengthy inquiry into why it was enacted. If not passed, no inquiry. The conservatives are running scared.

              I wonder why.

Considering what is at stake, and that we have all been convinced that this was as armed insurrection which justified the harsh actions, I can't figure out why we haven't been seeing news about all of the guns and weapons that must have been found by now. Wouldn't that be a priority number one, to keep the CBC watching populace on side with trampling grandmas and beating up truck drivers?

Every day that goes by without a shot fired back, or a weapons cache found makes it more unbelievable that these folks intended to overthrow the government.

And I fully expect there will be a few nutbars who did bring weapons, but when they are found, will the media be able to leverage that into the violent US funded overthrow story?

We may never know. A number of the trucks left before the crackdown.

                        I saw that also.

Is that normal or allowed procedure?

That sounds a lot like thought crimes.

So, by leaving peacefully when forced to do so, they are guilty of carrying weapons without any evidence, and by staying to the bitter end, which will ensure they and their vehicles get searched, and proven innocent, they will likely lose their businesses, bank accounts, vehicles, face fines and jail time.

Why do you think so many trucks were leaving prior to the mass influx of law enforcement? Trucks were going to be impounded and searched. Did you not hear Tamara Lich and Pat King give the order to their followers "hold your ground" while being handcuffed?

Why was it that once the guns in the town of Coutts were found the illegal protesters got up and left and that was the end of it?

Was it because guns were found in the town of Coutts ? Or were the protesters WHO you claim are all peaceful were more nervous about the guns that MAY NOT have been found at the Coutts border crossing's illegal blockade?

If there was nothing to hide why did they all leave?

Write that up for an opinion spot on CBC website forage. They are always looking for that kind of stuff.
Or maybe they already printed it and thats where you got it?
