I sent this to the Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms this afternoon:

When law enforcement has the capacity to create an offence’ out of any ‘demonstration’… it is impossible for any Canadian citizens to hold a legal demonstration and uphold Charter Rights of CDN citizens.
