The CPC has 20 MP's that have signed a petition... as required by the Emergency Act [EMA] now in force... so within 5 sitting days go the Parliament... the parliament of Canada must hold full debate and then have another vote of the senate and house just as they did today.

If the parliament vote keeps going to retain the EMA, the MP's keep signing on by 20MP members... back in another 5 sitting days for another vote of parliament. Senate recalls for EMA are even less stringent.
