Doubt it. Not like everyone here is going to drop the issue just because he’s revoked it.

His plan is probably revoke it and invoke it again next week and say “seeeee I told you we needed it longer” 😂😂😂

You should be all sleeping with your fn light on.

The irony is that the same people who thought that the CROW was guaranteed in perpetuity and that the CWB was paid a premium for all wheat sales are the same people who believe this is about a vaccine.

The CROW cost farmers billions from the time Jean Luc had a cabinet agreement to end it and again billions when Charlie wanted to end it in 1993....billions... some of you here protested against it - some for it. The left were wrong. 13 billion (Pepin) to 7 billion (Mayer) to 1.3 billion (Goodale) because of SWP, NDPs and the NFU. Who apologized to farmers for being wrong?

Former CWB employees now openly admit that: "a large percentage" of wheat was sold underneath the US asking price to "clear the system". Because of SWP, NDPs and the NFU, changes were rushed in 2012 and were shitty for farmers; however, who apologized to farmers for being wrong the other 25 years??

This is not about a vaccine. Get your heads out of your ass.

And if you firmly believe that this time you are right and the right wing conspiracy theory is so off base - why are you hiding?

Interesting comments there Larry. As sales documents became available after a few years after single desk scrapped here and ex AWB people were “allowed” to talk, yes indeed AWB often had had to undercut the market to make sales. Profits from cash domestic trading to end users were put on export books to make figures look better. Smoke and mirrors. Tis all history now never to be repeated.

That would likely prove to be very unwise.

Not that we've had any reason to expect intelligence from him.

Yesterday, someone made mention of the Canadian temperament with its varied manifestations - usually peaceful, polite and agreeable.

However, he went on to speak of the reputation that Canadians quickly earned in the Great Wars. Wherever the battle took them, they were respected and feared as fierce and determined fighters, men who wold not back away from any opponent at any cost.

“The Canadians fought the Germans with a long, enduring, terrible, skilful patience,”, wrote war correspondent Philip Gibbs. And some were not deterred by a white flag.

And another wrote of their fierce commitment to unsettling the enemy, "We tried to make his life miserable", and with remarkable success.

It appears that the fascist Dictator has once again revived that spark of quiet, smoldering determination and may well feel its wrath before too long.

Indeed, the Ottawa convoy has removed itself and the blockades are over. But the lessons learned from those first excursions are going to be well applied in future actions. The people have found the vulnerabilities of the regime and how to exploit them.

But do not think for one moment that the Canadian beast that Trudeau awakened with his idiotic actions will quietly go away now that his latest insult has been withdrawn - too late for that, Justin. You have declared war, and your cowardly retreat won't end it.

So it's your move Justin - remove all mandates, including QR codes. Or else.

We will not be made into pieces of meat for you to trade and control, you little Fascist Dictator.

I want to know where and how we are allowed to protest. He says we’re a great democracy and allowed to do it after all. Calgary is doing ok, as is QC, Edmonton has some whiners but haven’t heard beyond that. Think BC is doing alright as well.

The protests have not stopped, Ottawa is just cleared out. If he thinks revoking this is going to make things disappear so he can go try and look good internationally responding to Ukraine he’s probably got a wake up call coming.

Need a field along highway 2 here, close enough to a city that it can just be parked in and be the camp. Do laps outside around the city, wave some signs in front of the legislation. Unfortunately protesting provincially is probably exactly what we’re allowed, it’s protesting in Ottawa where we’re in his way that is the issue.

Either way, the fire has been lit in the belly of people who weren’t that bothered by things before.

Reminds me of something out of Hollywood.
The whole EMA scene was scripted.
Trying to influence the hourly pollsters with a shell game.
By using everything but the kitchen sink.
All that is the worst in our system.
            Trump has nothing on Trudeau.
An Academy Award for screenplay for sure.
Those who aren't dismayed by these events should be.

Your question is also too narrow.

You can support the removal of the mandates without supporting all methods used. Myself, I wasn’t, and still am not, averse to the convoy. However I never agreed that the blockades were the way to go about it.

So should someone ask me the very specific question you just did; do you support the blockades?

My answer would be no and that apparently would be translated to I’m against the entire kit and caboodle.

                  I’m not.

Change your question if you want to try and apply it to the entire movement.
Exactly. Which is why Patty Cakes picked the perfect cover for his far right wing movement on his third attempt of busting balls in Ottawa.

If you didn't support him, you are a lefty because who doesn't want mandates lifted in light of no plan by the feds.

If you did you are in support of an illegal blockade, overthrowing the gov, white nationalism, and hate.

All under the guise, carefully repeated over and over and over it was peaceful with bouncy castles.

And the police stood around, supported it, while the Cons fist bumped it.

Which is why Canada is an international embarrassment like no other.

Cons are still spreading lies about rights being suspended. Bezan said right to protest suspended when he knows it is not true.
