It depends on how this dental plan is set up, if it's blanket coverage the dentists will charge one rate, but if it's income based, it may be like auto body shops with their two price rates regarding insurance/no insurance.

I'm spending $2000/month on care for my son that no govt will pay a dime for.
You can be a part of a plan that at least makes it deductible.
The cracks are deep and wide for those with no resources. The well meaning are naive and generally don't need help.

Probably go up, just like any insurance-based system. Dentists here, simple cavity repair is $400 under insurance, 245 if pay out of pocket. Root canals under insurance can go to the moon.

Most middle income people and up won't be included in the plan, myself included. It will be the kids of the working poor that will, and should, benefit the most.

Always felt bad for the kids that couldn't get proper dental care when they were young, and how they were treated by others in school. It ****ed them up mentally for years and you always knew the ones because they absolutely never smiled with teeth showing.

            But hey, **** them right?

Good for you. This wasn't about looking after myself or yours.

I am more concerned for those that can't afford proper dental care/kids living in poverty.

But if you didn't grow up around poverty, I wouldn't expect you to sympathize with that sect of society too much.

I guess if the govt can purchase 400m doses of a vaccine that doesn’t work, it might as well pay for everyone to be pretty too.

What’s next? Free heroine and crack?

Watch our investment flee after they try raising taxes. Says he wants to tax big banks.

Just think of the power Jaggy has! He couldn’t get the power on his own so he weaselled his way into the most powerful position in the country.

Wonder why CPC didn't step up to the plate? Or better yet all of them try to work together instead of just calling down everything and everyone else.

What common ground would they have? They want to destroy the country and the other side doesnt. Whats the middle ground there? lets just destroy it half way.

Ideologically opposite should never inhabit the same country.

Hopefully April 9th is a watershed day in AB and we get someone ready to fight.

A few predictable outcomes from this

Obvious one is more public spending and higher taxes
Another is rising cost of living and more govt-induced inflation

Expect some big government spending announcements in the coming weeks from Pancho and Lefty

Just speculating but likely free meth as well. Cause all the meth heads can soon get free dental . Of course 99 percent of the local meth heads here already get free dental.
But maybe I'll just start doing it now and blow all my savings on it that will have the same effect of what the soon to happen tax grabs will but at the same time numbing the next 3 years until 2025.
