furrow that guy gives a great report. The areas i drove through in two weeks out could be wetter and drought in some areas will be busted but West texas and Oklahoma etc still dry. Nebraska is setting up for almost wet again if all three systems come to be. Sask needs to have something change but if we get the rest of what he is saying a more active jet stream could break the cycle.

-22 with -31 wind chill.
Same forcast for tonight on the last weekend in March.
Along my fenceline on the north south road the grader ridge is 4 ft higher than the posts for the whole 1/2 mile.
You can't see vehicles traveling on that road because the banks are higher than the top of the cab.

The snow became lakes sitting on frozen ground around here, but yards and treelines still full.

Gonna take at least another month to get into shape. Still looks like there could be some wet areas not seeded until after May long. Pretty cool forecast for the next week.

We’ve had a lot of snow but it’s going fast. Soaking in mostly. I don’t think much is running off. We’ll be going like usual here needing timely rains. Thinking I’ll stretch things out so I can feed late enough and graze stubble to give pasture a chance.
