Some of the land is around Kamsack but I am not sure how far it stretches out.

Ya after they bought the 20 plus thousand in The Pas they decided they needed another 30 plus thousand. Must have been a good year around Swift and Phoenix

Interesting, with the rest of western Canadian farmers being told there is a shortage of nearly all inputs , even some being told they will not get what they already paid for several months ago , where will inputs come from for that much recently acquired land ? Unless they just bought the inputs from The previous owners if they had everything per bought .

The Pas is a bit of a different situation.

Can't see much chance of local renters.

If they plan farming if from far away like they are doing north of Prince Albert it will be an adventure.

It's a tabletop flat delta. Can sit for some fair long time after a big rain.

Great opportunity with exceptional production possibilities but time can waste away there.
