Does lloyds of London not believe in global warming? Why would they not insure year around, considering that Al Gore already promised the Arctic would be ice free long before now.

Churchill would be perfect for grain and oil just needs major investment. All down hill and just a short run compared to hauling over the mountains. Just give a train a big push at Tisdale and it would almost roll all the way on its own.

A few years ago at a conference they spoke about the situation. Apparently the volume of business was so small that they hadn't updated criteria since they first offered insurance.
