Once all installed the liquid phos tubes will be secured to seed tubes
We just welded two tight fitting nut on back of seed tub and have the splitter up top on frame then to manifolds . Has worked very well this way for 8 years on this unit . Just new style openers now

Gezus you guys. I ain’t pulling out the drill until I can’t see a snow bank and can work outside with a light jacket on.

That’s 2 weeks away. Soil is so cold can’t even think about seeding yet.

Ya that’s the concerning part . We don’t want to be waiting for 2 -3 weeks for something we need during seeding .
We had a seal kit ordered in mid seeding last year , got it in August . Patched it together to finish seeding . So if we had a big shop I would have gone through everything a few months ago .
Hopefully we have no surprises, but there always seems to be something. Fingers crossed everything runs somewhat smooth and no costly delays when we do get going cause the seeding window will be small here I think

A farm in Manitoba is going green taking water and hydrogen and electricity and making anhydrous ammonia using cheap Manitoba hydro and solar panels. Farm is 11000 acres I always wondered if something would work like this on a farm scale but I bet the middle man will **** it up and make it non affordable for the farmer to buy.

                Good idea

Shortages are causing issues already.. making my Morris Contour 1 into a canola drill... ordered the openers and the Bourgault V packers last Sept.. openers came in end of Mar.. packers can't be found anywhere.. If this holds true, I'm thinking there are going to be a lot of New drills that don't get delivered/used this spring.. Bourgault doesn't have any rubber packer caps for 5710s..

Simple ignition switch for a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 can't be found.. 1800 back ordered and no idea when they will be delivered.. this has been going on for months.

these are just the things I've found to be in short supply.

That might be a game changer.

Have you got any links for that?

Crawled over a snow bank to order parts for airdrill the other day parts should be here next week so we can work on dry grass. Seen some new JD drills on lowbeds today going through town somebody out west is going to be happy. When it warms up or above normal a guys gonna be puffing like a race horse the first couple of days working on stuff.
