Anyone growing any Hard White varieties ? Just wondering because we grew snowbird in the late 90's into early 00's. Back then outperformed red varieties by a long shot. I think kanata was just starting then but I see now there's a few more. Dies it still fetch a premium

Also hot, windy and dry through most of the USA winter wheat areas.
