I have noticed that the conserva pack drills seem to be one of the few that holds its resale value. That must say something

Was looking at neighbours 1870 which originally came from another guy I know who was a loyal conservapack guy. They’re built like tanks vs seedhawk or seedmaster. Gawd though if they sink you’re forked.

Many years early seeding before May 15 ends up no quicker to maturity than 15-20th. Year dependant of course.

Our 1870 has always worked well in wet conditions. The seed opener wheels /on adjustable accumulators tend to hold the seeder from sinking… it has 4-12x22” large wheels that also keep the seeder afloat on the centre frame. Also good for highway towing.

A 45 ft flexi-coil 5000. A real high tech machine. Planter not an issue when soil conditions are so good. We use special rollers in the 2320 to get a more uniform seed spread. Bought used from Rosetown 10 years ago. Just keeps on going with few repairs. Somehow the Wheat and soy don t know the difference whether we are seeding with a 500 thousand outfit or a 30000 outfit.

I just wish the could get their current drills and carts to perform better and have support for them.

There is a better chance of calling the CIA or FBI or the secret service than getting in touch with a John Deere representative.
