That is what first drew us in to getting them. I haul hay to one guy that has them, and he has been bugging me to get into them for a few years. Then we bought a butcher animal off of him and that was that. The taste when cooked properly is unbelievable. The animals being down in price this past year has helped us get in as well.

Looking to set up a farm direct marketing gig, or storefront, or both. Possibly get into stores and restaurants like sheepwheat is doing with his sheep as well.
