Homelessness will never go away, you and I both know this as unfortunately some people just can't be helped for numerous reasons.

No prefect country exists, but we can all hope .

Good to hear you feel there should be increased government funding for social programs though, subsidized housing, safe injections sites, rehab for those with addictions and metal illness, subsidized food prices for lower income Canadians, social assistance single mothers, $10.00 a day daycare for Canadians etc etc.

Funny Russia Ukraine is brought into this discussion. India plays both sides in this conflict. Though they are relatively a friendly power towards the world they buy a lot of petroleum and arms from Russia and are fairly friendly with them during this conflict. Sure it’s a matter of survival for them but sentiment amongst the people there and even the ones in Canada is pro Russia. China is a major pain in their ass and Pakistan as well. West supplies Pakistan with arms so who do they have to trust and arm them? Jazz if Ukraine is the most corrupt then how much more corrupt is the kleptocracy of the Russian Federation? I hear all these things about Ukraine being so corrupt and what not but where is the evidence? Enough bullshit out there to baffle even the smartest if they don’t look at it with a clear head.

Its first world nations messing around in 3rd world ones, giving cash away that finds it way back as dark funds. Thats why we gave $1.3B in Africa and $250M to chinas infrastructure fund to built railways, and we dont build anything here. We dont give money anywhere that wont find its way back here.

Or its 3rd worlds ones with a lot of influence messing around in ours, cough china.

To my knowledge, no western power is actively inside russia messing around. And to my knowledge, russia has no influence here.

Now I layer on some more extra national bodies like the UN, WEF, IPCC, WHO, G7, NATO etc and it becomes exponential corruption. Ukraine is right in the center of that. Hell a sitting presidents family is implicated right there.

It is like he is swimming in the middle of the Atlantic… in a hurricane… with 60 foot waves… he has no idea how to get out of the eye of the storm…

Other than to tolk and chant a climate change mantra of saving humanity through decarbonization of the world economy… while drowning and dying from exposure to the storm.
