Would that not be a limited customer base Sheep? Ethnic?

Mallee you are quoting Assie 62ct/US dollars?
Yeah they carry Aussie lamb. I think they are pretty small lambs, like 15 kg?

Might be ethnic. But over time We have found that way more people eat lamb than we thought. They just don’t know where to get it from, because it is near impossible to find, and what is available isn’t very fresh or very good.

The entire reason we exist as a lamb producer is to make the best lamb available year round and in many easy to cook products. We made a pitch to federated which would aid greatly in our goal, and supposedly their goal of supporting and supplying local products and producers. They said no. They claim their stores are already well supplied with local lamb. Now tell me, when is the last time you saw local, or any lamb in your local coop grocery? Let alone a dozen or so lamb products? 🙄 Climbing off my high horse now.

How long does it take to load a trailer and how many decks are there? Just curious. Always interesting to see how things are done on the other side of the world

Wow. Do they unload ok? I can picture someone on their hands and knees chasing out the stragglers.
