RAIN needed

The 1.5 inches we got soaked in and has dried up nice.
We are combining barley with lots of straw thrown back on the field. With that layer of straw on top the ground will gradually get wetter and wetter until freeze up. Funny thing about this clay. Once nothing is growing on it the water seems to seep up from below and it doesn't stay dry long.

Your annoying you get Rain all summer then come on here saying how dry the area is !

Out of all the people on here , I find furrow one of the least annoying?
Really enjoy his side by sides , test plots etc ?
Did he hurt your feelings ?
Oh well , to each his own I guess
Have you got it all in the bin/bag/pile ?
