With reduced, or for that matter possibly fully suspended barge traffic:
-what happens to fertilizer prices?
I'd imagine that there is alot of northbound fertilizer intended for laydown this fall... that's sure to throw a serious kink into logistics. If conditions do not improve until spring, where will the supply come from? How far do our prices go up?
-what happens to grain prices?
If fertilizer is unavailable, or only available via different supply channels at increased prices, is there more soy sub'd for corn than even last year? Does that drive down the price of an input intensive crop like canola? What about cereals?

What does it take to bring the levels back up? Can they go up during the fall/winter if it rains enough in the midwest, or since most of the rivers orginate in the mountains, need to wait for snowmelt next year?
