Back in the 80s banks got the jitters and called loans on perfectly solvent companies. Sherwood Coop in Regina was a stage for some of the auctioned Regina businesses. Why did they call them? Because they could. Most loans are demand loans and they can demand them for any reason, even if the reason is, “we got cold feetâ€.
