The loony elites may yack about over population and the need to reduce but they’re obviously still believing the old incorrect notion the world population will hit 11 billion. It is more likely it hits 9 before dropping. Any growth is seen in sub Saharan Africa And India. Everywhere else birth rates have collapsed. That wouldn't last long in canada. Most farms have a cat or a hoe around. All it would take is once, and equipment would be staged faster than you could shake a stick.
