As far as I can tell GSA are scammers taking advantage of municipal councils trying to manage environmental concerns. It would be interesting to see how the got their hooks into government. Did they bribe someone or was it through connections? Follow the money. Don't go off on the stupid great reset. It is always about money nothing else. Reminds me of scam phonecalls from India, nothing else. They have branched out looking for a more sophisticated scam.

This whole Marxist plan came from the non elected elite of the WEF, that’s who wants the control .
It’s been right in front of everyone spelled out in black and white starting with agenda 21 , now agenda 2030 and governments have simply adopted it, forcing this unelected unicorn 🦄 policy unto everyone.
It’s insane that countries have signed up for this and have received zero backlash from its taxpayers.
Sad part is the vast majority have ignored what’s been right in front of their noses for over 20 years .

I hope you are correct and this scam can be stamped out , but I fear not .

I think the biggest problem is most people think WEF and the UN with the agendas are a conspiracy theory, I have a hard time believing how blind people can be.
