Woodland near the Drayton Valley fire?

This is the south side of town. The fire jumped the North Saskatchewan and is in a trailer park and on Main Street. Definitely not what this town needed.
Missed my cousin’s place by a mile yesterday.

This was the smoke from it earlier today from the yard. Now it’s all hazy smoke out west from all the fires.

The Wildwood fire is sitting a half mile from my friends and they’re putting up a good fight. The wind is blowing over trees on the fences, humidity is in the teens, and the temp is 25* definitely an uphill battle. Maybe tomorrow night the weather may break which will be too late for many…………..

My Brother took our water trailer to nurse fire fighters… 1/2 mile from his place…



My sister has to go to Hinton…

Started at noon family farm burnt up to 10 feet away from the house, 10-15 quarters burning. Plus 28 60 k wind. Spent the day firegaurding. 2 bush 1/4s wildfire. Peatmoss nightmare.
