    Hey yall

Sunday night thought id pop back in for a look and glean some intelligent info on why I cant at times understand the wheat market.

See a few of you firing up with harvest all the best, seems some average yields just to down right terrible.

Australia not that we matter on world stage much, we will struggle to produce average in my opinion.
50% is average we will come in at 42 to 45%

My spot just average at best but will neeed a few more timely rains

Other quick commodity snippet beef and lamb/mutton prices poor.

Last sale $116.41 to be precise same time last year $175 old stock.

A interesting referendum happening to give indigenous people more rights in parliment the 3.7% of australians can of worms.

How many votes does it take to succeed a referendum?
A majority (more than half) of voters in at least four of the six states vote YES. A national majority (more than half) of voters from all states and territories vote YES.

October vote possibly. Polls who knows appears yes vote 42% No vote 53% undecided 5%

Canada getting decimated by climate change yellowknife now california gets spoon fed to us nightly.

Enjoy your sunday ladies gents and convertables

When my sister and brother in law(a born and raised Aussie) were here last month he was talking about this upcoming referendum, thought it was wrong. Progressive politicians do come up with crazy ideas!!!
As for the media and climate change, yup news almost becoming unwatchable.

The Hurricane that was suppose to destroy California isn't a Hurricane any more as it has been downgraded all the way to a tropical storm.

MSM is committed to making it a life threatening event so expect to see some small inconveniences portrayed as national disasters and lots of political aid.

They are forecasting the heaviest rainfall around Palm Springs at up to 1 inch per hour.
          Run for your lives?

Wheat Market: that's a tough one. Not much happening on the supply side lately. When the Black Sea region gets extra news coverage, then we get a rally. It's tough making a marketing plan based off that, but those are the cards dealt. Besides your monster crop last year, no one else has pulled off a bumper. I'm sticking with a sell the rally if (when) it closes in on recent highs. And try to stomach the over reaching lows. Demand, supply and carryout are all pretty flat. Not much for the market swinging money managers to get excited about.

Side bar, the boss and I are headed to Australia in December for a month. Touring around the east side. What can we expect, or great places to check out? Thanks in advance. She's doing the planning, I'm trying to figure out how to pay for it.
