Is anyone getting protein outta this variety? Probably a coincidence, but since we have been growing it protein has been very minimal?
Unity and titanium always seemed good , very dry this year and even stuff that only yielded 55 was quite low

10 bushel wheat here with 90 lbs n makes less than 12 protein here so cant understand the problem.

2 years. Falling number good.

P&H in Tisdale told me that Starbuck has been the majority of the lowest FN they have seen this fall.

We were still 391 after that Irish mist week
Barley was actually growing hair here after that week
But 11.8 protein

We put N on with fungicide and that’s it.

Still haven’t got 100 across the board but soon a variety will get us there.

How much and what form of N are you applying with fungicide?

If fertilizer was free I cant grow 13 protein wheat.
