That CAIS may actually kick in this year?
We seem to have it all now. Mold, mildew, sprouting in the standing wheat. Broken off brly, peas completely flat and fields too wet to work in. Spend more time chipping mud out of the combines than we do harvesting.
But we get a shower of rain every morning and some hail in the evenings once in a while just to freshen things up for us.
On the other hand, we've never left anything out there over winter yet. Indian summer......
