CWB Malt Barley PRO Sept. 23

New PRO out this week for malt barley, and I'm itchin to see what kind of clownery the CWB will put forth for the malt barley PRO. Have delivered all my malt this year (best crop ever) and then the CWB decides that I can now sell directly to the maltser. GREAT its already sold and I've been screwed half to death on elevation charges by the line companies. Within 2 days of this announcement I have representatives from two malt companies standing on my doorstep looking for barley, telling me from their own mouths that it is tough to find. NOW my point!!!! IF DOMESTIC USE BARLEY IS SO TOUGH TO FIND THEN WHY THE CRAP PRO"S TO THIS DATE. IF THE CROP IS POOR IN WESTERN CANADA,WILL WE THEN NOT HAVE LESS TO EXPORT?? WHAT TYPE OF MARKETING PROGRAM HAS THE CWB PUT FORTH THIS YEAR TO HONOUR US WITH SUCH A REWARDING PRO!!!!!!! Please somebody enlighten me
