Not all the details are known, but from what I've been able to gather Madam Justice Anne McTavish has denied the injuction application BUT has stipulated that Meyers Norris Penny and the CWB must track all late ballots by bar code.

More information will be posted on the Farmers for Justice website (http://www.farmersforjustice.com) as it becomes available.
