Have just received the CAIS notification for 2004 . The payments should be coming shortly.

Margin decrease for 2004, depending on your coverage level 92% etc.

I got my check Dec 23 and I applied in Sept. It was a good Christmass present.

I hope they do not ask for it back like they did to SASKFARMER. My dad got a check a few years back and they asked for it back as well about 2 years later.
