Is there any way to lock in the premium over the pro shown by the fpc? Just lock in the premium, if the PRO goes up so will your value (still at risk of grade spreads etc though). If the pro goes down so will your value.
I know most of us dont have time to think right now between seeding, burnoffs, and the census so if Charlie or Lee could educate me it would be appreciated.

Ron, the short (and not so sweet answer) is "no". Not a bad idea though but I'm not certain how the Board could implement it.
