Got the table today with the Freight Adjustment Factors which spurred me to ask a couple of questions (particularly when I did a search on the CWB website and came up with no matches).
How many of you know what the Freight Adjustment Factor (FAF) is?
What is it meant to accomplish?
How is it calculated?
To spur your interest, the maximum FAF on wheat is $12.65/tonne, -$1.33/tonne on durum and $6.93/tonne on malt barley.
No FAF on feed barley.
