    Could someone explain what this PDT from the CWB is all about. I can't find anything on their web site. Is it just an extension to the cash advance?

    This is a top-up to the cash advance program.

    You can find info on the CWB web site by clicking on <Farmer contracts and payments> at the top of the home page, then click on <Farmer payments> at the top of the left column, then <Pre-delivery top-up> in the left column.
