    cwb economic study ?

In a recent press release SARM refers to an independent study that shows a $355 to $405 million economic advantage from the cwb. I believe this study was done by Hartley Furtan (sp?)from the U of S & paid for by the cwb. Around the same time (1990's)there was another study(s) that showed a negative economic advantage. I believe the author was a professor from Sask. & was living in California at the time. Can anyone point me to this study?

The same studies in aust occur all the time regarding awb,net benifit ie premiums but we all know how these premiums were achieved in certain counties and the also is a cost to running a single desk which rarely gets a mention
