Parsley someone who I talked to the day before had many of your same thoughts and if you were that woman I would not have wanted to offend and if you are not... doesn't mattter. Maybe we talk policy with the same people.
Some of the smartest people I know are women to say you might argue like one (bring up old arguments and like detail)is not a sign of disrespect, just an observation.

Sometimes, I just don't quite understand the comments! I am not who you think I am.

I think when we post, we have a preconceived idea of who the other fellow is. It is usually not so.

Perhaps all contributors should have an Agri-ville conventi-post, where we vote to see who we want to be guest speakers, let's see, four of them, and we all meet in a forum, in, let's say Indian Head, Saskatchewn, half way between Manitoba and Alberta on #1, have a contest on who can recognize who, drink beer and fist fight in the local saloon, after we've posted ornery notes on the post-board.

We'll have Board and anti-Board contests of strength, and that is how we will determine whether or not the Board stays or goes. We may as well dissolve or bond, having fun. The alternative is to let the politicos decide for us. I prefer the fun.

Would you go for that?
