Failed taxation isn't going to stop the warming. So the endpoint for me becomes, what do I have to do to lessen the tax? Well,you now lost my attention to your question, when you support any government that keeps changing the distance to the goal post thru greater taxation.

The answer, clearly, is I have to do nothing.

My world neighbours will see to it that my area temperature will warm. Since it is cold that I'm paying tax for, I see warming is an area win for our taxation.
