"Due to the nature of the information available to the vote administrator and the definition of a farming entity, it is possible that some individuals will receive too many voter packages while others will receive too few.

The number of voter packages received by an individual is in no way indicative of their eligibility to vote."

Apparently a farm owner of a farming corporation may recieve a ballot for himself and one for every farming corporation that he has. He must declair that he is only voting once. Hope KPMG can manage this properly.
