Doesn't matter. All of Canada counted for ag emissions purposes I think.
    Reduction mandates west only.
See fertilizer plan. You can't make this up.

It’s about time the truth gets out , the chuck types and liberals will desperately try to call this a conspiracy theory and call this misinformation.
Farmers and the ag industry need to stand behind this .
it’s about time the truth be told
the positive story of what we do needs to be shared .

Have never been able to figure out what the motivation is for our government to portray us as dirty polluters.
Not hard to find data that proves Canada is one of the world's best carbon sinks.
We have by far the most trees per person.
A recent NASA study presented data that Canada sinks 1 billion te of carbon per yr.
What does net zero by 2050 mean?
We are not producing carbon now.
As you say, just one more thing anybody that drove across the north already knew.

Will be interesting to see how the liberals give livestock a green pass in Quebec .

Decomposing and burning trees also emit lots of carbon. In 2023 with all the forest fires across the country there was a large amount of carbon released. So the large carbon sink is now a large source of carbon emissions as the boreal forest burns.

Send this to your MPs and MLAs and make sure to remind them that fighting all those fires also cost a lot and in Saskatchewan fires helped turn a budget surplus into a deficit.

It will grow back , like always has in the next wet / normal cycle then absorb even more carbon .
cycle that has existed for a millennia
