You guys have obviously not heard the Alberta has converted a lot of its generation from coal to gas! Robert still thinks its all coal? Maybe he is like A5 and never listens to the news?

I don't know why your grandparents ever got rid of the coal fired steam engines and outdoor shitters? The naysayers at the time said the new stuff will never work!

But none of those examples were legislated? People changed because they were better . Nor did the govt have to outlaw outdoor shitters ? Electric conveyance will come when it’s ready . Like true dope , it’s just not ready

The fact that he thinks there can be such a thing as "surplus electricity" is beyond assinnine. And this is from the poster who likes to claim he believes in science.

There can be no such thing as surplus electricity. It has to be consumed at the same instant as it is produced. Grid storage isn't even a drop in the ocean.
