Gin-Campari Sour
Ingredients
Instructions

Freeze a coupe glass until frosty, at least 30 minutes. To a cocktail shaker, add the gin, Campari, lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters, and egg white and shake until combined, about 10 seconds.
