They suck if you bought some x9s at a Million a piece and bought land at Million a quarter.

You do realize Ag star the x9s bought early were locked in interest rate and it's cheap.

All I know is if I had 1.5 mill cash sitting around a combine or any other deprecating iron asset would be the last place I would park it regardless the interest rate.
Keep buying prices will keep rising.

Oh, I think we all do. Just see it differently. Right or wrong.
And, yes we had to bank the last two pots we won. Cause the next 1 or 2 will be lost on the bluff and the 6 after will be folds.
                    Wish I could've cashed in.

Can cash in anytime, no shortage of people wanting in it seems. I do think we will see another European influx as well unless the government clamps down on immigration. Around here it was Germans buying land like crazy in the 80’s. Still lots of land German owned and most have never set foot on it (never did come over), though been selling lately through estates as they pass away. Something about the German government encouraging foreign investment at the time I am told?.

With 1300+ units on the lots of that list of dealers there must be one for every buyers price point?
Some significant Dealers and brands not represented.

Combine inventories have been an appreciating asset in recent years as price for new inflated rapidly.

That hasn't always worked in commodity cycles.

Ritchie's has become the dealer for most price points.
