NO TRAFFIC on Agriville Feb 25/26

I just heard that since the end of the CWB, we have roughly doubled crush capacity, and doubled export capacity of all grains, etc all down the line. But what we haven't done is increase production of grains at all in that time. As I was pointing out above regarding production flatlining. Great for competition from the farmers point of view( at least in theory). Not great for viability of those facilities.
If this trend doesn't change, are we likely to see buyers, processors, exporters leave the market one way or another?
