Apparently DEADLY to earth nitrous oxides we could not see or smell killed that idea.

        My 2 cents.
It is not 1981 at all. YET.
We are in for several years of elusive margin. But a 60% reduction in land values a stretch. At least here. I am not saying never. Most land held in tight hands. No investors. 1 or 2 larger farms here could tip it only if debt ratios too high. Not sure. Estate sales will add pressure. Definitely no Monets here. 20% reduction this decade?? What could drive interest rates to 81 levels?
        Green scam far from over.
The donning of invisible clothes by automatic insertion of green phrases into all communications so prevalent. Watch Demolition Man. We have a ways to fall yet!
By the way, what is 2SLGBTQQIA+ ?
Millions extra given out with every new program if that moniker attached. I notice it gets more letters every year.
Every sentence is lead with a new age qualifier that puts everything in that sentence above reproach. Just an observation from a denier.
        Markets?
We seem to be oblivious to the changing trade patterns within BRICS themselves. More rail being built yearly between Russia and China. NA grains now too expensive. Maybe oil too.
Not a blip. The post WW2 era is officially gone.
That also applies to world politics and balance of power. Considering the last several centuries of history in those regions it is an evolution we ignore at peril.
All the while our society is enamored with smelling it's own farts. No one hungry yet.
So no, I believe the scams here are as Churchill said, at the "end of the beginning".

I will be the optimist and predict that the pendulum is very close to swinging very hard in the opposite direction.
For better or worse is yet to be seen.

                I like optimism.

                Consider one more.
I disagreed with the cultural mosaic when Justin's father promoted it.
I believe, arguably, that it was too idealistic for our time in evolution.
The melting pot premise down south far more durable. But even it is showing fatigue.
There is no amalgamation in the Russian or Chinese culture. Or Arab for that matter. Assimilation or annihilation.
                Thousands of years foundation.
                Chinese 5 millennium?
Pendulum swinging back towards their advantage in this for a time?

The Chinese,Russian love in will last as long as a Tayler Swift boyfriend. And the Chinese are in a pickle getting old and declining pop. That grain market is failing whether they like us or not. They are not big on importing out of country folks to stabilize their population.

That’s a very good point , here in North America it has become we must all assimilate to the current culture as per government agenda.
And it became far too one sided for now
