    It is probably pretty hard on your son. These are young people who are starting out. Your son needs lots of support. Good thing he has a dad like you. Give him all you can, he’ll find another job. (Bet if he had a short skirt and a cleavage maybe easier. Young white males have it tough.)

        Could you elucidate on how young white males have it tougher than others? Somehow I don't think sf3s son will suffer too much and he will probably agree. Working off farm and learning other jobs as well as being fired is all part of the learning process.

          Happened to my son. Graduated top in his class and took 2 years to find a job in his field. The women and minorities all had jobs in 6 months.

            I’ve seen it myself in the workplace. have you gone into any Regina bank lately? Everything you need done, you stand there waiting while they go ask a manager what to do, they don’t understand and the manager comes to deal with the client.
            I tell the people in long line that I am moving banks and I tell them where it is different. There are still some banks where the customer service is much better. If everyone took their business elsewhere, those big banks would figure it out.
