When Trump gets elected, the American economy will sky rocket.

That part is puzzling me. Typically gold is a hedge against the US dollar. Skyrocketing US economy would be good for the US dollar.

From what I understand, this gold move is almost entirely resulting from foreign investors, not American. Gold in US Dollars may turn out to be a very poor investment.

There is a wise market proverb stating, 'The higher the mountain, the deeper the valley.' AKA: The more stocks rise, the more they fall.

Commodity traders and producers are well seasoned to this reality.

Did gold just see its ghost today?

Asset devaluation and commodity deflation running rampant. Precious metals need inflation to ride.

The Fed may be too late cutting rates. And buying-the-dip days may be numbered as margin calls take hold.

Big risk: Banking sector trouble, a concern. Consumer and consumer demand is king and rapidly weakening. Bankers holding-the-pot . . . .

This may be a deep ‘n prolonged economic turn-down folks . . . .
