Lots of reports of frost damage coming in from all over today from the June 18 th frost

Canola doesn’t even have 1st leaf here yet and neighbors still finishing seeding yesterday and today.

Figured it was full moon. Ex'es all text just prior like clockwork. Too bad they can't predict frost or hail.

Agree , not everything recovers , sad reality
most does , but when hit very many times , ya it’s faked at some point

Lots of damaging frost in east central alberta some fields look very yellow. The bigger the plant the more damage.

Most times that canola will recover. Had that in 98. Was minus temps for a week at the end of May beginning of June. All depends on weather and frost free days the rest of the year. Looked real ugly for a bit but did regrow.

In a way like hail this time of year , it can recover and make a decent crop but the stars better line up very quickly all over

We had hail about this time last year , it did recover ok , far from a good crop but decent where it had any extra moisture. But ….. frost free well into September and way more heat units last year to push it along
