redwood trees are just a rather LARGE example to show how it can be done, the relationship between microganisms and nature not nature and Yara. The concept/theory has been proven with a host of crops including monocrops like corn/wheat/soy/rice. Dr white and others are showing some incredible stuff and TASfarms is proving the concept can be done here.

I wish I was farther down this road that I am to have more insight... but the more I play with it the more I am convinced

I m trying to go tht path also minimum inputs with mixed results. We would like to get a more fungal type soil istead of bacterial soil not using fungicides and seed treatments. we do split application of N. Neighbour does the conventional way and his crops I think are better than mine but I think it is along game not year to year. We get addicted to chem the same as our health care system masking problems.

            2 camps here it seems.
spray everything sometimes more than once to suppress(hopefully) fungal diseases. Or try to build up fungal bodies in the soil to keep it healthy. The two ideas do not really go hand in hand, at least from my perspective.
the first makes sure that a farmer doesn't have any excess working capital lazily lying around ????

I would think that the wider rows on the SR will be helpful in limiting disease buildup due to airflow. Any credibility to that idea?

Seen today new crop bids for wheat under 7 and canola close to 12. Not sure how this is all going to pan out for many , but fir some won’t be good.

Definitely don’t want feed wheat because of disease like fusarium
                    Feed wheat be sub $5
