It’s funny how different people think. When I found out that the shooter was on a neighbouring rooftop, in plain sight I thought that the protection service was really poor. During the New Year’s celebration year 2000 the secret service lined the Las Vegas strip and snipers anticipated the threat of some one on a neighbouring roof and you could see sharp shooter cops scouring the roofs. Yet here, 24 years later, they forgot that some punk could lay up on a roof waiting. Good thing the buggar didn’t have high-tech artillery and was a poor shooter. ( No sooner I wrote this, I read that the shooter was probably picked off by a sniper cop) Guess they missed seeing the shooter before he got his shots off.
