If you have had good rain this spring and the land holds moisture not too bad, between that and the smoke, yields always turn out better than we expect. The key is to keep the expectations low...forget the cover of the canola and Chem company's magazine being everybody's normal crop....just not true and highly unrealistic.

Mother nature decided that multiple years of drought mixed with average years but throw in a bunch of hail into those weren't enough to make us break.
So this year the scheming bitch thought she throw a whole bunch of rain at us give us some of the best looking July 1 crops we'd seen. Then throw the furnace on and leave for vacation and see if that did the trick.
