There is international interest in large-size yellow peas. These varieties have larger seed sizes, which is preferred for consumer markets that sell whole peas:
Abarth, AAC Aberdeen, and Prostar. Saffron, Delhi, CDC Engage, Spectrum, and Tollefson may work well for this.
There are also nice-quality green peas of interest in large size: CDC Striker, CDC Spruce, CDC Forest, and CDC Limerick for small-size high-quality green pea markets.

We buy high-bleach green peas as well. For fractionation, we require 14% moisture, please.
